The Weekly Comet 57 (comments and criticisms welcome)

Outside Christmas Decorations: We have decided to start a new trend of NOT putting Christmas decorations up in the front of our house, and we already have a couple houses throughout the neighborhood doing the same thing, or they were just too lazy. Next year, everyone will be doing it. (Rumor has it the L.K.S had something to do with the "trendiness" and next year (when it's too dark for the helicopters to see the landing pad at the fire-station) they're hijacking it for their annual trip to Spain.)
Inside Christmas decorations: Hannah D. went on an insane Christmas decorating spree when she came home 2 weeks ago, so now (other than the traditional every year decorations) there are lights hanging from the ceiling, a "Merry Christmas" sign hanging above the bar, constant Christmas music playing, strings of ornaments, everywhere, and it feels very festive.
Recent Christmas activity: Last night (A.K.A Christmas eve eve) we went caroling at Grandma Mary and Grandpa John's house, and then proceeded to go see the Pastega light show at the fairgrounds, and then proceeded home to eat ribs.
To the polls: We took a poll on what people were getting for Christmas, and, unsurprisingly, almost the entire population said they were getting a pony (except Rachel D., she said (and I quote: "a purple and pink painted polka dot pony.)
Let's take this time to go over the main 3 rules of Christmas: 1) "The less tree, the more room for presents!" (Dad D.) 2) On the day of, no waking up until 7:00 am. (We're fairly certain that The Parents move the time up every year.) 3) And don't get buried in the wrapping paper.
Rumour column Forever showers: they're real. Ezra D.'s recently found out that he in fact DOES have a floor. I'm getting a pony for Christmas. Keturah D. was spotted sitting on a certain fat, red and white man's lap at the Heritage Mall. When asked about this breach in protocol the L.K.S responded: "She was doing undercover work."
Than you for Reading The Weekly Comet and have a merry Christmas!!
