Talent competition There is only one word that can be used to describe the talent show we had last Tuesday night: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. So anyway, everyone who came performed a talent from youngest to oldest, and I bet you want to know what all of them are, so here: Keturah: A fashion show with her designs modeled by Elijah. Ezra: He drew larry the cucumber on a surfboard with a double necked guitar (the audience's choice.) Jewel: She sang "Let it go" from Frozen. Sarah: She sang and played on her guitar most of "Give love a try" by Nick Jonas.  Faith: She performed the rhythmic cup song from pitch perfect while singing the song. Grace: Grace did an awesome round off. Elijah & Micah: Elijah (since he works for a painting company) did what he would usually say with a normal customer to see if they're house needed painting, and Micah played the "normal" customer. Hannah & Jerusha: Hannah Sang and played " From where I'm standing" on her guitar while Jerusha sang and knitted at the same time. Isaiah: He read an amazing poem that he wrote. Mark: He fit 9 different household objects in his beard. Mom: She read to a total of 8 or more children. All of them making different sounds at different moments. Dad: He scared Elijah out of his shoes by using his two fingers to threaten to tickle him." And that, was our talent show.

 

 

 

Rope Swing
     Rope Our rope swing broke!!!!!!!! The earth quakes at the death of the tree swing (Inside joke.) But that's beside the point, what I really should be saying is how it broke, but that is best explained by the victim of the crime: Faith D. says: "I was just swinging on it and the wooden seat just broke off." So now that we have talked about how it happened, let's talk about how it affected the DeVyldere community:

As you can see, they are very happy, or at least Tarzan over here is.

 

 

 

 

Tournament in Seaside Grace, Dad and Faith went to a tournament in Seaside!  After Dad and Faith's game on Friday night, the three of them drove for three hours up to Seaside for Grace's tournament. Grace played 4 games, and of course played amazingly in each, but the rest of her team didn't play very good so they ended up winning only 1. Faith says: "We went to this candy shop that had 170 different flavors of salt water taffy, it was awesome." Grace says: "I'm done with basketball!" Dad says: "It was fun."  

 

Anonymous tip: Clowns are evil. So watch out for funny looking shoes.

 

 

 

 

Newsflash (DId you know?) That Faith D.'s slash Hannah D.'s slash Dad D.'s last basketball game is tonight? That their last game they went into double overtime and then sudden death? That the capital of Florida is Tallahassee? Now you know

 

 

Rumour Column The L.K.S is making a new music video called "We built this trap on rock and roll." Chocolate is the leading cause of death. The market is coming to the DeVyldere yard.  

 

 

Weakly comet  Weather: 5 day forecast:   Monday: been there done that..... Tuesday: Hey look that cloud looks like it has a 20% of ruining our picnic. Wednesday: Attention all washingtonish/californians like people: pull out your umbrellas or don't (depending on which one you come from) and stay calm if you have entered the Willamette valley.           Thursday: ..........dito    Friday: That, my friends and foes is the sun. It gives warmth to a species called Californians and has been rumored to be seen in the Willamette valley. Though I can neither confirm or deny these rumors, I can safely say..........
