Child goes to school
It all started when mom came downstairs last Monday and said she felt like she should put Sarah and Jewel in the Tangent elementary a few blocks away, so she went down to the school to see if she could. The good news is out of the maximum 30 kids, the fourth grade class had only 24, but the bad news is the third grade class had over 30, and so did the second grade class, so Jewel couldn't go, but Sarah could. Now Sarah has endured 2 long, hard days of school and has gone to her 3rd day, (can you believe it?! Three days of not playing at all except for half an hour and even then you can't do anything but play on the playground like it's supposed to be played on), but thankfully, we think she's still alive. She has also been taking the bus to school.
Below we have two interviews of Sarah. One of her before she went to school, and one after:
Before: Sarah says: "I am so excited! I can't wait to go to school, Grace already went to fifth grade a few years ago and she told me everything I need to know, like to look out for food that moves on it's own. And I got lots of new school supplies."
After: Sarah says: "I can't wait for christmas break! I can't wait to play and watch movies and play and lead the L.K.S and play!"
New playground: New Results
This just in: We have an inside scoop of what the slide at the new playground at the school really is. Since Sarah is in school now, she figured it out at recess when all the kids were using it for it's real purpose: Apparently it's just a plank to climb on.
Anonymous tip: Mom went to the E.R last Saturday, but she's okay now.
Rumor column

The weekly L.K.S story: A new leader
Keturah says: "I don't know."
Ezra says: "Blank."
Jewel says: "I'm just the new leader when Sarah's gone at school."
Sarah says: "Jewel is the temporary new leader while I'm gone at school."
Worcesters are coming!
Our cousins John and Mary-Emma Worcester are coming to Oregon! Oh and Aunt Rachel too. They are flying here from Missouri on next Monday, and then they are leaving on the next Monday, so Mom and Dad will only get to see them on Sunday after they get back. I am fairly sure 5 year old John, not-even-a-year-old Mary-Emma, and Aunt Rachel are staying at grandma's and grandpa's house, and they came to see grandma, but we will see them a little.
Interesting fact: Mary-Emma is the youngest of our cousins on both Dad's and Mom's sides.
