Camera, lights, trees
Grace D. (A.K.A the leader of Cherry Blossom Studios) is in the movie business!!! She is filming one movie while working on the sequel to it, and she is hopefully working on plenty more. Many have tried making movies, but never completed them, but grace's persistence might make her the first. She is even trying to make a series!
There will be more info. posted next week depending on whether or not the first movie comes out.
Good-bye Clifford
I knew a day like today might come someday, today, (Inside joke.) But seriously, Clifford the big red van will no longer be with us any more. A week or two ago, Dad D. came home in Clifford, but Clifford was on a tow-truck!!! Yes, the tow-truck people took him home and then Clifford needed to go to the repair shop, but he can't be fixed. It was sad enough losing the big blue whale, now Clifford.
I remember when we first got Clifford. The door didn't shut easily and the air conditioning was broken, so we tried to name him the crab or the clown fish, but none of those names worked. It wasn't until weeks later when Jerusha was driving us to Avery park in Corvallis when we named him Clifford. After the annual-shouting out-of-names-at-the-beginning-of-every-car-ride occurred, everyone was reading books or talking when, out of the blue, Sarah shouts "Clifford!" and, after we figured out what she was talking about, we all chimed in our agreement. If you don't know who Clifford is, then I feel sad for you, but he is a VERY big red cartoon dog.
It will be sad to part with Clifford, but we must look to the future: hovering cars, digital trees, the supposed end of the world.................Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.........

Ezra's garage sale
Ezra's garage sale was a business Ezra D. invented when he started his reign of really cool sculptures/pictures last year. But in previous times, Ezra said his shop of over priced stuff (S.O.O.P.S (pronounced soups)) was only on his birthday, but now it is open every day from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and he hired more people to draw pictures and advertise: Grace, Sarah, and Jewel D..
So come to Ezra's garage sale!!!
Rachel: S.S.S
Rachel: Super Soccer Star
Over the past month, Rachel has been playing soccer at South Albany High-school, and because there was no Freshmen team, Rachel and the rest of the freshmen changed to the JV team. But part way through the season, Rachel's coach said he was going to move some players up to Varsity, and it turns out, Rachel was the only one to move up, and now she's a defender for Varsity soccer!!! We're all proud of her, including her coach who said (and I quote) "She's a peach," "She's a good listener," and "She's very coach-able." (Way to set the bar high, Rachel.) But anyway, Rachel's incredible Super Soccer Star season is coming to an end next Tuesday, after she plays Lebanon, coincidentally the team Annie Tunstill (a friend of the DeVylderes) plays forward on, so they will literally be playing neck to neck. Who will win? We'll post the detes next Wednesday.
New play set
Down at the Tangent Elementary School they decided to add a new play-set. You'd think it would be cool, but they made it, if possible, even safer than the first one. So far based on the votes it gets 1 star (Hannah, don't freak out that you were not included in the voting.)
Jewel says: "They have this spinning thing that would be really cool, if you could ever get enough momentum."
Sarah says: "We're kind of confused about the slide, at least we think it's a slide. It's just kind of a thick plastic purple plank that goes down diagonal-like."
Rumor column
The Weekly Comet is not coming out this week

There's 2 Swedish chefs in the world
Mom and Dad go to Hawaii
Mom says: "Dad and me are going to San Jose California, from the 3rd to the 10th of November. The people at Dad's work are paying for him to go there and attend this training session about Omni-cells, so we just have to pay for my air fare. Dad D. will go to the session Monday through Thurs morning and then come back in the evening and we will probably look at some sites, and we might going to go to San Francisco and ride the oldest wooden roller coaster like we did last time we went to California together."
Let's hope the restaurants in California are stocking up on ice tea. (Inside joke.)
Dad says: No comment.
Anonymous tip: Our new neighbors never really moved in.
The weekly L.K.S news: A Cookie in training

Jewel says: "No comment."

Keturah says: "We're going to get
